What are your minimum order quantities (MOQs)?
Our standard MOQ is 5,000 units for custom formulations and high-end private label packaging (such as serums, face wash, or luxury jars). For basic packaging or stock formulas, we can occasionally facilitate smaller runs of 3,000 units depending on the packaging type.
Do you charge for formulation engineering and sampling?
We provide basic formulation matching and stock samples for qualified cosmetic businesses for free. For highly complex custom cosmetic formulation development requiring clinical trials or special sourcing, a standard R&D fee is charged, which is offset against the final production invoice.
Are your cosmetic formulas cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, all our formulas are 100% cruelty-free and we never test on animals. We offer certified vegan, natural, organic, and Ayurvedic compliant options built with premium plant extracts.
Do you provide regulatory support and MSDS certificates?
Absolutely. We provide comprehensive compliance support, including Certificate of Analysis (COA), Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), stability and microbial testing reports, and support with FDA or local AYUSH registrations.
Can you work with custom packaging sourced by our brand?
Yes. While we offer full-service sourcing, you can also ship your own custom containers directly to our Indore facility for filling, labeling, and sealing.
What is your standard production lead time?
For repeat orders with stock formulations, our typical lead time is 3-4 weeks. For new custom formulations, including stability testing and packaging sourcing, the initial timeline is typically 8-12 weeks.
Do you offer drop-shipping or fulfillment services?
Currently, we focus exclusively on B2B manufacturing and do not offer direct-to-consumer fulfillment or drop-shipping. We ship bulk pallets directly to your chosen warehouse or distribution center.
Can you match a benchmark product formulation?
Yes, our R&D chemists specialize in reverse-engineering and matching benchmark products. Simply provide us with a physical sample and the ingredient list, and we can develop a comparable or superior formulation.
